How does your service work for renters who want delivery before they arrive?
It's easy to set up a grocery delivery before you even arrive on island. Renting with our partnered real estate agency, Maury People Sotheby's International Realty makes it even easier. First, fill out our renter order form for your preferred store, located on our main page. On this form you will provide your island address, arrival date and real estate agent. We will contact your real estate agent to arrange a time for us to deliver the groceries directly to your rental house before you arrive. After we have completed shopping for your requested items, we will deliver them right to your home. You will receive an invoice via email with a link to pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. (3% convenience fee will be applied) Payment is requested and expected before delivery of the items.
How does your service work for grocery delivery?
It's easy to set up a grocery delivery. First go to the homepage of our website and click the store you would like delivery from under grocery delivery. On this form you will provide us with your address and preferred date and time of delivery. We then go shopping for your items. After we purchase all of your items we will send you an invoice via email. Through the email invoice you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or you can pay in person when we arrive via credit card, or Apple Pay. We will deliver the groceries as close to the requested date and time as possible, if there are any conflicts with your selected time or date we will reach out ASAP to find another time or date.
What is the difference between grocery delivery and rental house grocery delivery?
If you are renting a house on island through one of our partnered real estate agents and want grocery delivery before your arrive on island your would fill out the delivery form for renters. We work with your real estate agent to coordinate delivery so it is at your house before or as close to your time of arrival as possible. If you do not rent through one of our partnered real estate agents we cannot offer before arrival grocery delivery, but you can fill our the Grocery Delivery form and still get delivery on your day of arrival.
What happens if the grocery store doesn't have an item I requested?
When you are on the order form ordering your groceries you will select whether you want us to replace the item with a similar one, or skip the item that is unavailable. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.
Where can I order groceries from?
We currently deliver food from Stop & Shop, Nantucket Meat and Fish, Bartlett's Farm and 167 Raw. We are not affiliated with any of these stores.
How much does this service cost and how do I pay?
tACKle your list charges an additional fee on top of the cost of your groceries. Fee pricing can be found on our home page. Payment is requested at the time of delivery via credit card or cash. Credit card payments can be done through the invoice we send you or in person at time of delivery. Items that are to be delivered before the customer arrives must be paid by credit card before delivery. Our credit card payments are through Square and are subject to Square's terms of service. Delivery Fee Breakdown Example:
$200 (Groceries) + $20 (10% Fee) + $75 (Delivery Fee for Mid Island) = $290 (Total Charge to Customer)
$200 (Groceries) + $20 (10% Fee) + $85 (Delivery Fee for Cisco) = $300 (Total Charge to Customer)
$200 (Groceries) + $20 (10% Fee) + $95 (Delivery Fee for Wauwinet) = $310 (Total Charge to Customer)
Can I order from two stores for delivery at the same time and date?
When ordering from two stores for one delivery we will add a $25. This fee is per additional store.
For example:
$200 (Stop and Shop Groceries) + $100 (Meat and Fish Groceries) + $20 (10% Stop and Shop Groceries) + $10 (10% Meat and Fish Groceries) + $25 (Two Store Surcharge) + $75 (Delivery Fee) = $425 + 3% CC fee
Do you delivery alcohol?
Due to legal reasons we currently are not delivering alcohol.
Do you only deliver groceries?
Although our main focus at this time is grocery delivery feel free to reach out to us by email with other requests. We are happy to provide other delivery services within reason.
I forgot to add an item to my order, what do it do?
If you realize you forgot to add an item you wanted to order send us an email or text with your name and store you ordered from. If we have not started shopping for your items yet, we will try our best to add them to your order. If we are already in the store, or on the way to deliver the groceries unfortunately we cannot add any more items.
What happens if my order cannot be fulfilled?
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to lack of staff or any other reason without notice. If tACKle your list cancels your order you will not be charged any fee, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
What is your refund policy?
Physical Items: We will only provide a refund if the items are damaged when they are delivered, and the customer informs our delivery driver of the damaged item before they leave the property. No refunds will be provided on substituted items that are not wanted.
Delivery Fees/Plans: No refunds will be provided after payment of a delivery plan or after a grocery delivery fee is paid.
Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to anywhere on the island of Nantucket. Fees apply, check our homepage to see the fees depending on your location on island.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 36 hours there is no charge. A same day cancellation will result in a charge of the delivery fee.
